We will help your child develop a plan to explore the myriad of opportunities available to them and how to marry their passion and skills/potential skills with market demand.

For almost 20 years, Barbara Frazier and her team helped more than 10,000 college students gain practical work experience to make a clear decision about their major and career path.

Since 2015, Barbara and her husband, Sensei, have provided middle-high school students
attending FMI STEM Academy with opportunities to explore careers in science, technology,
engineering, and math.

She is an author and conference speaker in both business, religious, and academic settings. Her book, “You Want to Major in What?!$$$! (A 16-day Guide to Turn Parents into Career Coaches),” has served as her springboard to provide parents with the tools to help their children navigate the career planning process through workshops and one-on-one sessions.
